September 2019

Guess who survived September. Me! of course
It's been kind of busy/hectic/crazy time!

Its been full time work, full time mum duties, full time study and then just to be extra, a bit of family commitments on top! What can I say, I like being crazy!

How did I do it? A very supportive husband and a very mature responsible 10 year old.

Lets go back a bit, since we all like those once upon a time moments. It all started on a cold windy day, when I was a small girl. NOT!

Anyway life at work has not been cruisy, but i can definitely say that im very settled and sometimes the monotony (do you like that big word?) sometimes, the come into work, complete daily tasks, go home. Well, all of that was becoming a bit... boring. Dont get me wrong, I like being comfortable, but I have one of those, love challenges, love being pushed personalities. Mrs Boss pulls me into the office and starts throwing around the word 'study.' Straight away I was a 'Nope, cant afford part time' But thankfully, she already knew my passion is working with numbers and suggested I study full time and work full time. Given, that my health had not been the best, barriers went up, and I started thinking, can I really be that healthy and manage class with sick days? (By the way I suffer from endometriosis, a whole other story, for a whole other day)

Anyways, fast forward, I was accepted into Uni, work approved my study leave. I can successfully say I survived and passed one quarter. Only another 11 more quarters to finish my 3 year degree. Not long right? Yeah right! Reality is that is a while. Its a 3 year degree.

So long as we (as in my husband, son and I) manage ourselves and help each other, I know we are going to be fine.

I'm really lucky, I have a great support team.
